Our manufacturing process meets the highest standards and uses only top-quality ingredients to deliver superior products. Here’s an example: Our main ingredient (wheat) is imported from Argentina and Canada. To keep true to all our recipes, we only use cheese made in the Canastra Mountains region, in the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais. After all, tradition is one of the things we value the most.
Our company has been in the business for over 20 years. It was founded by Rodrigo Nogueira Manoel, who, full of courage, left Minas Gerais for Mato Grosso bringing with him many family recipes and a burning desire to do business. Thus, it felt natural to him to start Pão & Arte Frozen Bread. Manoel would wake up early in the morning every day to bake the cheese bread he himself made at his home. What the retail market in the city of Cuiabá was seeing then was a new enterprise that would very quickly grow into a bakery and years later into this factory that has been gaining so many fans—in Brazil and elsewhere—with its products.
